Day 1: Started Strong

I started my 7 days of fasting today and was able to spend the entire day without eating anything. I took photos of my profile so I can observe the difference at the end of the week. Maybe I will share them sometime in the future.

I completed 48 push ups and 16 sit ups in the morning, and intend to keep that as part of my routine. What I can do better tomorrow is walk at least 3500 steps – That should be around 30 minutes to an hour.

In total, I must have drank about 2 and a half gallons of water. Contrary to what I thought, I did not feel sleepy nor tired today. Great start, on to the next day! 🙂
