Over the past few months I have allowed things to get out of control. I did not realize how bad things were until I got to check my basic vital this morning at the local Walmart store.

I have to once again get busy getting this situation back under control. This translates to weekend 10K and Half Marathons runs, bicycle rides around the neighborhood, and more mindful eating.
Goal: Weigh less than 200 pounds by the end of August 2018. That’s about 2 pounds less per week starting this 3rd week of July 2018.
I will update this blog more regular as well, just to stay accountable and keep a log of my progress.
