Without Even Trying

Over the past few months, I have not made much progress with my personal fitness. The only changes I have made are with my eating habits and work keeping me more busy than usual.

A normal weight is not the only indication of good health, but my goal has been to weight 190 pounds or less. I currently weight less than 190 pounds and I am happy with it. Now I am wondering what 180 pounds or below would feel like. That’s human nature, once we get to a goal, we immediately begins seek a new one, unless we settle. And even when we do settle, it’s never for too long.
